Arch is a 23 year old “two-story blonde ” from Peristeri who knows her way around beers!!! In collaboration with Mr. Dimitris Ladopoulos (Beer Sommelier) and the owners of Arch, we placed great emphasis on what beer really is, its type and character which can be described by its style. Therefore you don’t need to be an expert to choose a cold one. The food menu was designed with the same mentality.
Beers are not just beverages and that is what we were asked to show. The beer list is divided in categories and subcategories which demonstrate each of the beers’ characteristics using symbols and a system that classifies each beer. The list’s wooden base and the handmade metal binding are incorporated perfectly with the environment which use the same materials (wood-color-metal) accentuating the old energy.
